✅ Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Lace must not be cut
- Tags and original packaging must remain intact
- Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
For hygiene reasons, products that have been worn, styled, cut, dyed, bleached, or damaged cannot be returned.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-made or personalized wigs
- Worn or used items
- Cut lace wigs
- Colored, bleached, or chemically altered hair
- Clearance or final sale items
💰 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are usually processed within 3–7 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
🔄 Exchanges
We accept exchanges for:
- Incorrect item received
- Damaged items upon arrival
- Manufacturing defects
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos or videos for verification.
📦 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by our mistake (wrong item or defective product).
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery.

- Photos/videos of the item
- A brief explanation of the issue
